Operational Test And Evaluation, Defense For expenses, not otherwise provided for, necessary for the independent activities of the Director, Operational Test and Evaluation, in the direction and supervision of operational test and evaluation, including initial operational test and evaluation which is conducted prior to, and in support of, production decisions; joint operational testing and evaluation; and administrative expenses in connection therewith, $348,709,000 (increased by $7,000,000) (reduced by $7,000,000), to remain available for obligation until September 30, 2027: Provided, That of the amounts appropriated under this heading, not less than $15,000,000 shall be for cyber assessments.
