SEC. 201.Residential treatment program for pregnant and postpartum women. Section 508 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290bb–1) is amended— (1) in subsection (d)(11)(C), by striking “providing health services” and inserting “providing health care services”; (2) in subsection (g)— (A) by inserting “a plan describing” after “will provide”; and (B) by adding at the end the following: “Such plan may include a description of how such applicant will target outreach to women disproportionately impacted by maternal substance use disorder.”; and (3) in subsection (s), by striking “$29,931,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023” and inserting “$38,931,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030”.
